Pepsico Tour Management

Description

Since 2014 MAG has managed a mobile sampling tour in the Southeast Region for Pepsico. This tour has transformed over the years and now has vehicle transits in four mega cities, including Atlanta, Jacksonville, Orlando, and Miami. We are partnered with many college campuses, sports teams, and local retailers to activate at some of their events. We remotely manage teams in all markets as well as travel to select onsite events. We assist with larger events as well and have included working with the Alonzo Mourning Foundation and Miami based DJ, IRIE.

In addition to managing the promotional teams we tracked budget, worked with the brand teams to establish the look of promotional assets and recommended events that fit the brand message.
