Description
For the past nine years, MAG has acted as Show Operations Management for “Bracket Town”, the NCAA Men’s Final Four Fan Fest. MAG co-managed the design, construction, and execution of the event, working directly with the event decorator, labor unions, concessions, and audio/visual components, as well as all NCAA event sponsors.
MAG co-managed the relationships of over 40 event sponsors, including duties such as development of sponsor kits, activation elements and execution, and managing all transportation to and from the event as well as load-in and load-out work.
MAG worked with multiple municipalities in securing all pertinent event approvals and required permits. Floor plans have ranged in size from 350,000 square feet to more than 500,000 square feet. The attendance for these events has ranged from 35,000 to over 65,000 fans.
